In Shibuya there is a statue of a dog called Hachiko which is a popular place to meet. Just around the corner there is this sculpture, which is a lot less well-known but much more convenient (as far fewer people use it). This chap in the orange jacket is enjoying the peace and quiet, oblivious to the funny foreigner taking his photo.
